Delays can occur at customs. A tracking number is emailed once your parcel is dispatched.海关可能导致延误。包裹发出后我们会通过邮件发送运单号。
Import duties and taxes进口关税与税费
Prices and shipping do not include import duties, VAT/GST or customs handling fees. These are charged by your country and are payable by the recipient. Refusing a parcel does not remove these charges.商品价格与运费均不含进口关税、增值税/消费税或海关手续费。这些费用由收货人所在国家征收并由收货人承担。拒收包裹并不能免除这些费用。
Returns退货
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, unwashed and in its original packaging with tags attached. For hygiene reasons, opened or worn intimate apparel cannot be returned unless faulty or not as described.收货后 14 天内，商品未经使用、未洗涤、保留原包装与吊牌，可申请退货。出于卫生原因，已拆封或已穿着的内衣类商品不予退货，除非存在质量问题或与描述不符。
To start a return, email 1178366261@qq.com with your order number and photos. We will confirm the return address. Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.如需退货，请将订单号与照片发送至 1178366261@qq.com，我们会确认退货地址。除商品存在质量问题或发错货外，退货运费由买家承担。
Refunds退款
Once we receive and inspect the return, we refund the item price within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Import duties already paid to your government cannot be refunded by us.我们收到并检查退货后，会在 5–10 个工作日内将商品款项退回原支付方式。原始运费不予退还。已向贵国政府缴纳的进口关税，我们无法退还。
Faulty or wrong items质量问题或错发商品
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace the item or refund you in full, including shipping.请在收货后 7 天内联系我们并提供照片。我们将为你更换商品，或全额退款（含运费）。
EU/UK consumers欧盟 / 英国消费者
If you are in the EU or UK you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the goods. Tell us within that period and return the item within 14 days.若你位于欧盟或英国，自收到商品之日起享有法定的 14 天无理由撤回权。请在该期限内通知我们，并在 14 天内寄回商品。
